this guide takes readers through a history of the unbeaten and overlooked parts of London。 Many of the places featured are locations where I have been but it points out small details that I have missed。 Things like makers marks， old signs， small statues， etc。 I love that in addition to listing out places， there are actual designated walks through different parts of London that point out the features。 While I enjoyed the beautiful watercolor illustrations， I am a very visual person and wish that this guide takes readers through a history of the unbeaten and overlooked parts of London。 Many of the places featured are locations where I have been but it points out small details that I have missed。 Things like makers marks， old signs， small statues， etc。 I love that in addition to listing out places， there are actual designated walks through different parts of London that point out the features。 While I enjoyed the beautiful watercolor illustrations， I am a very visual person and wish that there had been photos so I know exactly what to look for when I visit the places。 I also wish that every location would have included some type of image。 I will be finding several of these things and doing a couple of the walks on my next trip to London。 。。。more
